So he already knows everything at 18 he should know about Annapolis?

I have a friend whose daughter was accepted to West Point and they were all abuzz, of course. When she got there, she soon backed out. I have no idea how an incoming cadet does that, etc., and that's beside the point anyway. Maybe if she and her family had discussed the appointment in different details that would have transpired differently. Or not.
