I think some of this is spot on, but other parts are too far-fetched, imo


I can see ESPN wanting to extend the duration of the rights agreement as part of this negotiation. Makes total sense.

But the notion that the ACC, while being astute enough to negotiate look-ins and trigger payments (and with SECN and LHN deals in hand), somehow forgot to negotiate for revenue from an ACCN is simply off base, imo. Why do you hire a consultant if you are better off financially by sitting on your hands? Why does Radakovich say “It’s clear they’re bringing in more revenue than we are and we have to be able to help mitigate that at some point and time, and the network is a way to do that.”
