Again that won't change much, still will have conferences

wanting two teams in. SEC and Big 10 will not want to make it Conference champs only, each for there own reason. Big 10 will not want to have an ACC team literally in their backyard. The SEC will not want their ability to get two teams in hindered, heck the ACC with their up tick may not want that restriction either. When OSU made it last year and weren't conference champs that kinda showed you where the committee loyalties lie, they want big names and they don't care if their conference champs are not. ND is content and the way were heading it doesn't even matter about play-off access so it's a moot point truly.
