I included his record at Cincy in my post, but you may have missed it

"Even though he went 34-6 while at Cincy...." FWIW I remember watching him on ESPN when he was at Grand Valley State. At the time I thought he could be a great G5 or FBS HC. At the time I thought the level of pressure for a HC at the G5, FBS, DII, and DIII school are very similar to each other compared to a HC at a P5 school.
