...since that's where a lot of their alumni are from (when they requested BC and SU to the ACC.

Also, two additional from the Big XII may be needed to break apart the conference. That was my initial reasoning a year or two ago, but since the talk is now about when their GOR runs out, I guess Wake can stay (but don't know why).
