That's just intellectual nihilism

Knowledge is a moving target, especially about something as new and important as Covid. That doesn't make it unsustainable. It just means that if you need final answers right now, you're not going to get it. When things change, it typically is an improvement on the old knowledge, not just random things that people are throwing against a wall.
