Hospitalization and death rates continue to decline
Number of positives will continue to increase -- because we started measuring at zero. But the percentage of hospitalizations and deaths within that cumulative number continues to go down.
Immunity (in whatever form that might take) still seems to be an elusive subject. The increased number of positive tests is the only metric that appears to be getting much attention, but there doesn't appear to be any context associated with that reporting. It might actually be a good thing -- particularly when viewed in comparison with hospitalization and death rates.
