It's a communication issue as well. Being the connection of 50 states
that we are, each state has developed their own method of testing, while within each state, different entities have developed their own tests (See UVA and VT).
Why this information wasn't universally shared across our nation, I'll never understand. Various clinics throughout the US had developed 24hr or less tests by the end of March, 1st week of April. Why wasn't this test then standardized across the nation? Why is it taking a week for some people to get the results, while my wife got hers within hours? (She's pregnant and they made her get one. She's fine).
