Do you include Sweden in that? Because its approach (which may be better in
the long run) has not been as successful as neighboring states. What will happen as they open back up? Will they have to close internal borders when cases arise?
How do you judge the costs associated with the shutdown. My quality of life has been pretty poor for the past 4 months, and I really feel badly for my college-age kids. They (and younger children) have been forced to sacrifice. It's pretty easy to make a case that their well-being has been harmed for uncertain benefits.
It's far too early to judge who has handled this crisis best.
