With regards to depression, I'm not there yet. Gotta pay the bills, so

I won't leave this job until I have a much better offer on the table (higher pay, better benefits, etc.) I'm sure that day will come. How aggressive my search becomes hinges on the application I have pending currently. If that falls through, I'll start applying to more openings. If I were offered that job, the benefits would be much better and there would be room for growth.
I'm not in a position to quit the current job without another offer, and I feel quitting would reflect poorly as compared to toughing it out while I look for a decent offer.
