I sincerely hate the whole process. It's a catch 22. I know I'm worth more and should wait for the right offer. I also need to pay the bills and can't wait for the right offer. I only bought my car because my dad has to travel every few weeks to VA for three week stays and had to resort to flying because we needed him to leave the car here (couldn't find a one way rental). With Covid on the rise and his preexisting conditions, I want him to be able to drive, which is also what he prefers. Taking this tread water job allowed me to remedy that situation. I know in my head and heart that moving back here was the right call. Just need to keep the faith that things will improve on the job front.
