My advice is to learn from every job

I still fall back on mid-management jobs I had 30 years ago. If you go into every job with the thought I can learn something here, and then look at every position around you, you can learn a lot to fall back on later. For example, is you are in sales, learn what the admin, operations, and service people do every day. Always respect the people around you so you can learn from them what they do to move the business forward. You will improve your value to a company if you have a full understanding of the big picture.

Just a FYI on IMHO.
