Perhaps a fast path of NIL ramifications

If you want to play ball ($) go to SEC or B1G. Get the heck out if not. Eventually SEC/B1G would be a different classification. Greed on all sides destroys (or improves?) college sports. Could have a nice mid-atlantic based conference.
