If this is really the case, then a lot of “action events” are going to be


in the August 2021 headlines. The other 8 schools are going to have to move quickly to determine where they wind up. Like you say below, the PAC 12 schools have been caught flat footed, and so have other conferences that might be affected. This could get pretty ugly in some areas. Lotta jockeying for position.

The grant of rights (expiration being 4 years down the road) won’t be binding if enough schools leave the conference.
