I'd be talking about NIL and how to maximize that as a conference...maybe some dedicated ad space on helmets or uniforms...money/income that ESPN has nothing to do with and can elevate recruiting.

In terms of outreach, it's a super long shot but I'd at least chat with Florida...ACC can offer academic partnerships with them they can't get in the SEC (though adding Texas helps). Their football fans don't care but their leadership absolutely does.

And I'd go right past ESPN and talk to Disney corporate and UCF to see if they would be interested in a long term partnership. We have a slot open, why not a giant school on the rise athletically and academically sponsored by the top media entity?
