I think the NBC deal runs out in 2025 or thereabouts, the point being well before 2036. That window with the addition of a commissioner actually more interested in football than UNC and also familiar with ND provides an opportunity, no matter how remote it might be, to sell them. Bottom line is 2036 is not nearly the marker that (1) the deadline of the existing NBC deal and (2)what may transpire with the CFP that both could significantly impact ND's willingness to commit.
