At times it seems like VT operates more with either a G5, DI-FCS, DII, or

even DIII mentality than a P5 mentality when it comes to some of the business decisions it makes within the athletic department. I get that the pandemic may have forced VT to look for ways to reduce its expenses. However, when you decide to cut something to save money, then you can't be sure what impact (positive or negative) it will have on your daily operation.
