Fu’s most important job is 2 be able 2 get his coaches to do it, not do it.


That’s what a Head Coach leader does, they develop coaches who can develop their players. The Fu you are describing is Fu doing it, not getting his coaches to do it.

Also, it’s human nature to have recency bias and the D struggled yesterday, but most games the D kept us in it and gave us a chance. The Syracuse QB threw a few dimes including the 45 yarder to win. Any Defensive coach will tell you that’s almost impossible to stop. I have a feeling the D will learn and improve from yesterday, but we will see.
