I thought I had heard


There is been marked improvement with this during the past offseason. Given change could have happened 2 years ago but couldn't really have events with the Vid and such.

It is a shame that it took 4 years to get there.though first couple it may have been fine because he was winning (marked improvement from last 4 Beamer years).

That said, for all the Beamer was great with the donors - we have been chronically underfunded for over a decade - well before the Fu years.

Maybe those relationships differ because Fu was asking for more to elevate the program and Beamer was content with getting the standard amount. Just ends up being the standard wasn't enough to keep competitive with the expectations of the fanbase and the rest of the league.
