an OOC slot for multiple years in a row. If you are so determined to eliminate the protected OOC game, then here is a counter proposal for you.

In exchange for eliminating the protected cross-division game, VT has to switch divisions with BC and the VT-UVA game can only be played as an OOC game once in a blue moon to align with how infrequent the UNC-Wake game is played as an OOC game. Do you accept the counter proposal or not?
