That won't fly with most schools though because majority have more than 1

ACC rival.

BC: Syracuse
Clemson: GT and NC State (aka Textile Bowl)
Duke: UNC, Wake, possibly NC State, and possibly UVA
FSU: Miami and maybe still Clemson
GT: Clemson and maybe VT (aka Battle of Techs)
L'ville: Maybe no one
Miami: FSU and VT
UNC: Duke, NC State, UVA, and possibly Wake
NC State: Clemson, UNC, Wake, and possibly Duke
Pitt: Syracuse
Syracuse: BC and Pitt
UVA: UNC, VT, and possibly Duke
VT: UVA and Miami
Wake: Duke, NC State, and possibly UNC

Now that list doesn't include any potential secondary rivalries (i.e. BC-Clemson, UVA-FSU, etc.) which schools may decide they want to protect for whatever reason.
