Not sure what is confusing about my position...

Again, paid employees were not teaching the classes they were supposed to have been teaching. Furthermore, you have state employees acting like Black Santas on the taxpayers' dime. You have admin. officials, including Swofford, collectively engaged in "unethical" activity while receiving state checks. All the while, they were not being transparent about how all that taxpayer money is being spent, which is required.

***Nothing in this paragraph is a violation of law. Max admin. penalty is firing.

You can't honestly suggest that all that underhanded activity was going on for TWO decades and nothing crossed the line between illegal and legal.

***Again, absence of evidence is not evidence of absence. I said there is no evidence that has been made public. I didn't say it didn't happen. YOU said it happened without any hard or even circumstantial evidence...essentially something like, these are bad people doing bad things so they must have violated the law. I would never go that far with nothing in hand.

Furthermore, I think it was at OLe Miss that some of their players were being paid with athletic department money by athletic department employees. That's can't be legal.

*** Sure it can. Lots of athletic dept money is donated. And what does Ole Miss have to do with UNC? That's classic "whataboutism".

I would imagine some of that has occurred at UNC too. I don't think there's enough UNC football boosters around to pay for those guys to live it up in Club LIV the way that they were. Where was all that "Black Santa" money and merch. coming from?

***Disagree...PLENTY of booster money at UNC...they have a law school and med school right? Their endowment is nearly 3 billion...alumni are loaded.
