I once asked a cop if he would write the ticket for 19 instead of the 21 he

Pulled me for so it wouldn’t be reckless & he told me that it’s at the cops discretion to cite you for reckless or just speeding when it’s over 20 but that if I was 25 over then it’s automatically reckless. He just gave me the speeding ticket for 21 over.
