OR.. Go and ask for Driver Class .I did it. Hadn't had a ticket in long ->


time and told Judge I thought it might help to make me more AWARE of things I always knew but wasn't paying attention to.. It worked and he looked at my record and said I deserved a second chance. He said if I took the class and had the transcripts sent to the court (which they will do), it would be dismissed..Worked like a charm.

NOW, I guess you're taking a chance that the judge won't but it, but you're taking THAT chance anyway. I figured he could look at it as a form of "alternative sentencing" Course that would never work for me anymoreI ran a stretch there of driving in stark contrast to the "Speed Suggestion" signs.

I would DEFINITELY state your case.....20 years ticket free, drive for EMS
