I would even submit to you that


even if court is a ways off, it might behoove one to take the day off (sick, of course) and attend.

I recently saw a video online where a lady was told by a cop (NY) that her ticket was 4 points! She was doing something like 47/35. Hardly a cause for 4 points.

That is serious $$ the insurance company is going to punish the insured. That’s why the insurance companies outfit the police departments with the latest in radar/laser technology. For free. It’s all about the money. Period.

I would also like to amend my advice to make driving skool a last resort. Better to plead no-contest and pay the fine with no points and save driving skool for later (or never).

Do some research- speeding tickets and moving violations are a HUGE money maker for state and local municipalities.
