Lower Back Pain questions?

I am looking for some answers in regards to the lower back pain that I am experiencing?

5 days ago, I woke up to severe back pain, Lower back, both sides of the spine. I was able to stand straight up after a few minutes but to walk I had to push my 2 fist into my back to eliminate the pain. I went to Urgent care and got prescribed Muscle Relaxers, but I have finished those and I'm still experiencing pain, although I can walk now... If I'm sitting, I can only raise my foot off the ground about 6 inches before a sharp pain hits my lower back, I'm guessing something attached (Nerves maybe)

Anyone with back pain can assist me in my next step? I cannot amputate, sorry
