I know people who think it helps but they’ve never helped me. Stomach


Crunches, stretch your hamstrings, time is what helped me. Walking is good, sitting is bad. Muscle relaxers never helped but ibuprofen did. Just drink lots of water, too. Now I’ve never had disc problems that I know about.
