I live in a VERY small house here in the Keys. I bet I could rebuild it


myself easily with 5 years of insurance money. That's if I didn't have to pay for environmental studies, engineered plans, runoff water management assessment, native plant delineation, blah, blah, blah.
And I wouldn't pay, like about maybe half the people here. It's still pirate country intrinsically, and there's a whole lot of people "of resistance".
