Flew into Ft. Lauderdale, rented a Mustang convertible and drove down to Key Largo. Stayed at Bakers Cay Resort for the night and then drove down to Key west the next day. Stayed the first few nights at Southernmost Resort and then spent a few nights at The Marker.

I enjoyed checking out Hemingway’s house, the lighthouse, among other things. On our way back we checked out a bunch of stuff in Islamorada., particularly sites from Bloodline. Kinda fun.

If we come back I would probably spend more time in Islamorada and do some fishing and snorkeling.

Bonus- that Mustang has a Drag Strip setting. Tore that thing up like a rented mule. That pony will dang near spin the tires when hitting second. Got a video with me chirping the tires hitting second. That little 4 cylinder will run.

I’m a little jealous of you living there. I know it’s not for everyone, but I think in a few years I could handle it.
