Well. Let me use this analogy. My


wife owns a 25 year old sports car. It is very low mileage and has been maintained extremely well. Would I trust it to be reliable everday transportation. No. At its age the potential is there for something to go wrong at any time. Often unseen stuff you dont think about. I know nothing about helicopters but I would feel the same about them. Decades of corrosion, vibration, flexing and etc could cause a failure of some sort that isnt easily seen. No matter how well you maintain something age factors in at some point. Just my take on it
