That's pretty much the same for all of my "large purchases"

I do my research ahead of time, so I know exactly what I plan to buy when I step into the store. It blew away a friend I had a while back when I walked in to buy a washer & drier. I basically walked in, selected the pair, paid, and walked out.

Pretty clear she never did any advance research for major purchases, and solely relies on the sales people to make her decisions...lol That would drive me up a wall...lol
