Save all your documentation (sounds like you have) and remind them of this


You have the right to be "informed" and receive "quality service".

Let the person you are now dealing with where you feel the IRS has fallen short of this standard.
Don't be rude or mean, just inform them of your concern and feelings and ask if other than your Conrgressman or Senator, who could talk to about this apparent discrepancy from the service you are receiving from the IRS. Tell them you have documentation of the number of calls you have place and wait times and you just don't think that is "quality service" nor are they keeping you informed.
