so the the Athletic Department may still have some wiggle room to borrow additional funds. I guess my point was that it is unrealistic for fans to expect the academic side to be the athletic side's unlimited ATM. So there really is no reason to mention the VTAF's endowment unless you also include the current rules and regulations. I mean if the $30MM is the cap that the Athletic Department can borrow within a certain time frame, then it may not be able to borrow any more money until the clock resets itself.
