There are plenty of statements from ND even when they turned down the B1G

20+ years ago saying they might one day join a conference if it severely restricted their access to the National Championship. So yes there have been direct statements like that more than one time, that in that situation you would very much consider joining a conference. So yeah, there was good reason for the ACC to hope you would join full time and that's one of the big reasons you got voted in, in the first place.

Now we know that you are an adversary "according to you", we need to treat you as such in all votes and meetings.
