Then with 16 Teams you could have two historical divisions.

Old ACC: UVa UNC Duke Wake NCST Clem GT FSU
Ex BE: VT Mia BC Cuse Lou Pitt ND Conn

If you had Round Robin in division and one game vs. the other. That is 22 ACC Games per season. ESPN would love that and so would I. We would lose having 2 games against each other every year, but that is a recent thing anyway.
