ACC needs to send message, fix program or be replaced by UConn

It would be bad enough for them to get kicked out of the ACC, and lose that nice annual check. But to be replaced by nearby UConn would bring an extra hurt. That should motivate BC, and if not bye bye. I don't like kicking schools out of a conference. But when they don't even seem to be trying, its a real problem that cannot be tolerated. Being in the ACC carries responsibility to the other member schools. They need to be held accountable. BC has far more potential than they are showing.
