Since someone will always finish in last place, then how would


these standards work? Does the ACC kick the school out just in that sport or for all sports? Would the ACC be willing to give up Duke basketball just because the football program finished dead last 10 years in a row? Duke is for example purposes only since I wanted to pick a school that is historically good in 1 sport and historically bad in another sport. While I like the idea from a competitive standpoint, I do have some concerns about how it would be implemented and whether it would take collegiate athletics 1 step closer to being a professional sport and less concern about the academics factor.
