Vandy. I found this article where Saturday Down South ranks every SEC's teams rivals. As you can see with Kentucky, Tenn is more important than Vandy. Given that the SEC teams have multiple conference rivalries that they consider to be "important," it is why I think the SEC will stick with the permanent division model and switch to 1 or 2 rotating cross-division games.

"Play a nine-game conference schedule with seven division games and two games against rotating interdivision opponents. No permanent interdivision rivalry games would be needed, because most rivalries would be preserved within realigned divisions."
