Baked into your thinking here seems to be the idea
that a 30-team league would be valued by ESPN, et al. as the same as all FBS tv deals together. That seems like a HUGE assumption.
The TV money is based upon viewership. I realize the top programs are the most popular, but if you cut out 75% of the programs, you will lose a lot of viewers. As popular as Ohio State, Bama, etc. are, there are lots of people who tune in to watch their programs. If those programs aren't part of the deal, they'll just stop watching college football, I think.
In such a scenario, ESPN/ABC/Disney would have a poor (and possibly not profitable) business model if they threw all their TV money at that 30 team league and viewership was (inevitably) LOWER than what it was for all of FBS + FCS.
