to play ni the playoff because of a lack of conference membership, or the money gulf become to great to compete against their BIG neighbors or SEC opponents, then they'll start losing out o recruits and coaches will bail and all of a sudden their no longer attractive to NBC. It may take a few years but it could happen depending on what happens w the playoff system. Its easy to say thumb your nose and say we don't care when you make money, come back and say how much you care when the well dries up (and that may never happen, who knows).
