The before is pretty easy for me. Do a protein shake b/w 2 & 3 pm


I do get pretty hangry before dinner. Then eat around 7-7:30.

My problems come around 9:30 - 10 after a whiskey or 2.

I know....drop the booze & it would be smooth sailing.
