My inexpert opinion is your body does a lot of repair work etc while sleep.


ing. Restocked body stores etc. I would think that's a great time to reload. And breakfast is relatively light, right? I eat lots of oatmeal so not really a protein thing etc. Just some calories to burn. Actually, I would argue an early dinner ~ 5-6pm so you're not churning away digesting stuff while you sleep.
