I've lost 90+ and managed to keep it off now for 5+ years, but it will


always be a struggle. I can gain 5 pounds just looking at the dinner table. I try to get my 10,000 steps in every day and do other low impact exercise, but have learned that weight control is about 80-85% of what you eat, and you can't out exercise a bad diet.

I also weigh most every day so that I can make immediate corrections when necessary.
