I used to make oatmeal a regular diet staple, then after reading Dr. Gundry


books, I eliminated it all together.

To me, breakfast is the easy meal to skip, and most of the breakfast food choices are bad anyway. If I do eat breakfast, I try to go totally low carb, which is pretty easy.

(I laugh when I used to think that an everything bagel with a smear of cream cheese was a healthy breakfast.)
