I've had similar experiences. I've been doing 16/8 for about 2 years. I finish up dinner by 6:00 and don't eat again until noon the next day typically. So typically I'm doing 18/6. Have lost 20 pounds and 6% body fat. Like you I kicked indigestion and the need for naps to the curve. It's been great. But I was reading today about chronobiology and circadian rhythms and all that and a lot of folks out there make a case for eating breakfast early. One thing that hasn't been going well is my cholesterol. It used to be 140-180 and now it's 200-210. I eat quite healthy when I do eat. Some links speaking to how it's healthy to eat an early breakfast.
