Most SEC have 20 or 21.

Vanderbilt and the two Mississippi schools are below. A lot of the Big XII is below 20.

The ACC has Miami and GT at 17, Wake Forest at 18, and Pittsburgh at 19. The rest meet the 20 number or higher. They are all within striking distance.
