I see more wishful thinking than clarity. Baylor is the odd man out


when it comes to moving to a P4. Their recent behavior has really put them in a bad position. Oklahoma ST probably goes wherever OU ends up, IMO, they are a package deal.
Texas had a chance to go to the PAC and decided it was not the right move. I still think they end up in the ACC.
ND in full to the ACC is a long way off. When/if the conference championship games become the first round of the the playoffs, then ND joins. As long as they have a path as an independent, the are not joining in full.
I honestly don't know where WVU would end up. They really do not fit the ACC or B1G culturally or academically. Their fan base is a real issue. Their best hope is the P4 goes to 20 teams per conference.
