The P65 has recently collaborated on Playoffs and paying players.
There's no reason they wouldn't on this. I do feel the ACC and Big12 were trying to determine who would be number 4. Now that we know who that is there's little reason for these leagues to not work together. There's more money to be made by their working together. They are likely realizing that after these playoffs have began to spin off billions of dollars.
Anyhow, I see this P4 being run much more like the NFL than the current NCAA 10 years from now.
The result will be that programs are placed in the most logical of the 4 leagues.
Yes, it isn't ideal for the ACC to add WVU, or the SEC to add Oklahoma St., but both do add SOMETHING of value to those leagues. And if it's in the best interest of the entire P4, then they will likely go for it.
All the things for these league to compete over have already been figured out. ND's going to the ACC if forced to, the B1G will not be raiding the ACC, the Big12 teams are the ones looking for homes.
