Best scenario for the B12 underclass is if KU, UT & OU go to 3 different...

conferences.

If OU goes to the SEC, the SEC might take OkSt.
If KU goes to the Pac12, the Pac12 might take KSU.
If Texas goes to the ACC or Big12, they might take a few partners.
And I think WVU's only hope is for ND to join the ACC and them be sitting there as #16.
And with ISU, they at best will become a ward of the B1G state.

But even this is quite optimistic, and will likely need to happen simultaneously with the guidance of some higher authority.
