Whether it's 2 or 3, it's way better than the zipper model. Also invite

Navy as a full member IMHO, and include ND as football alliance member (since we have the autonomy to crown our champion anyway we want to). They would have to play two more ACC games than basically now, since they already play Navy, but they would get a chance to win our automatic bid. (Yes I think the P5 will split if they don't get an automatic bid)
